FAQ's

(Q) What is your turnaround time for products?

 

(A)Please allow 3-10 business days for processing. Once orders are completed they will be shipped.

 

(Q) What if my products are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping?

 

(A)Once orders are completed they are insured and shipped through USPS via Priority shipping. USPS is responsible for delivery. Please notify carrier if you have any issues during shipping.

(Q) Tracking?

 

(A) Tracking will be provided once products are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number please notify us via email at TheMelanatedChemist@gmail.com

(Q) Refunds and Return?

 

(A) All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. If an item is proven defective we will substitute it with the same item or one of similar value. Please review and verify that all of your information is correct before submission.

(Q) Shelf Life:

​

(A)6-12months depending on product. Please store products at room temperature. High temperatures can cause body butters to melt. If this occurs, place product in the fridge or in a room temperature location until solid and you are ready for use. 

​

(Q) What if I'm Allergic

(A) Please do a small patch test prior to full body use of product. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Most reactions have an onset of 5-10min or greater than a few hours. If you experience any itching, redness, hives, swelling or pain please discontinue immediately and seek medical attention.
